This Acceptable Use Policy (this “Policy”) describes prohibited uses of the services provided by Envisia Labs (“Envisia Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including our website located at https://www.envisialabs.ai (the “Site”) and any related AI automation, customer communication, or messaging services we operate or manage on behalf of our clients (collectively, the “Services”).
This Policy supplements and is incorporated into our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy. In the event of a conflict, the Terms of Use will prevail unless this Policy explicitly states otherwise.
If you violate this Policy, Envisia Labs may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or Services, with notice where reasonably practicable, or immediately where required to comply with law, carrier requirements, or to protect Envisia Labs, its clients, or third parties.
We may update this Policy from time to time by posting a revised version on the Site. Your continued use of the Site or Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
Intellectual Property
You may not use the Site or Services in any manner that infringes, misappropriates, dilutes, or otherwise violates the intellectual property or proprietary rights of Envisia Labs or any third party, including copyrights, trademarks, patents, or trade secrets.
Harmful or Malicious Content
You may not use the Site or Services to transmit, store, distribute, or otherwise make available any content or technology that could damage, disrupt, intercept, or interfere with systems, networks, or data. This includes, without limitation, viruses, worms, bots, malware, ransomware, or other malicious code.
No Scraping or Unauthorized Access
You may not frame, mirror, scrape, crawl, or data-mine the Site or Services without Envisia Labs’ prior written consent. You may not use automated tools or manual processes to access, extract, or collect data from the Site or Services except as expressly permitted.
Public search engines may index publicly available portions of the Site for search purposes only.
Email, SMS, and Messaging Use (A2P-Critical)
You may not use the Services, including any messaging or automation systems managed by Envisia Labs, to:
Send unsolicited, deceptive, or unlawful messages
Engage in spam, bulk messaging without consent, or harassment
Send SMS, email, or other communications without proper recipient consent
Violate applicable messaging laws or regulations, including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, carrier A2P requirements, or similar rules
Misrepresent sender identity, use spoofing or phishing techniques, or obscure message headers
Continue sending messages to recipients who have opted out or requested cessation
Envisia Labs reserves the right to suspend or disable messaging services if misuse is detected or required by carriers or regulators.
System and Network Security
You may not attempt to compromise the security, integrity, or availability of the Site or Services. Prohibited actions include, without limitation:
Unauthorized access attempts
Probing, scanning, or testing vulnerabilities
Interfering with service operation or performance
Circumventing access controls or authentication mechanisms
Privacy and Personal Data
You may not use the Services to collect, store, process, or transmit personal data in violation of applicable privacy laws or without proper authorization. This includes misuse of personal information obtained through forms, communications, or automation workflows.
Compliance with Laws
You may not use the Site or Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations, including data protection, consumer protection, advertising, telecommunications, export control, or sanctions laws.
No High-Risk Activities
You may not use the Services in connection with activities where failure or malfunction could reasonably result in death, serious bodily injury, or significant physical or environmental harm, including but not limited to aviation, nuclear facilities, or life-critical systems.
Responsibility for End Users
